Dumplings - The Making Of

The Dragon Boat Festival or Dumpling Festival occurs on the fifth day of the fifth month of the lunar calendar on which the Chinese calendar is based.

It occurs on the 28th of May 2009 this year.

This is the first time in my 21 years witnessing the "making-of".

Damn hard work.

Preparation of ingredients.

Inspection.

Rice, Duck's egg yolk, Chestnuts, Meat, Mushrooms

Boil for approx 1.5 hours

End Product. DELICIOUS!
